Raspberry spirit from the red raspberry – an incredibly popular classic. Hand picked in the Kaiserstuhl and Ortenau regions, the soft-fleshed fruits arrive with us fresh from the shrub and undamaged. For raspberries, the taste is in the timing! Maceration is short so that only the full fruit passes over to the brandy, but not the bitter notes of the seeds. This spirit gets its rich raspberry aroma from the enormously high berry content. Fresh berry flavours, powerful and expressive.
