Pure Mustalgia!

Growing up as a true Swabian, every autumn was a call for "moschda!" (Swabian for: "making must!") A barrel of fizzing fruit was always in the cellar, pressing apples was a delight, and the "juice" occasionally packed a punch. I can still hear my mother scolding me... Good news: Faude has matured. And so has his must!

The current vintage: A mature, expressive sparkling wine. Refreshing, fruit-forward, with fine bubbles. Traditional bottle fermentation. No dosage. Unfiltered.

• Handpicked fruit from our own orchards
• Freshly pressed fruit juice
• Fermented in stainless steel and wooden barrels
• Aged with 6.5% – 7% alcohol on the lees
• 15 – 18 months of bottle fermentation at the “Sektkellerei am Turm” / Speyer 
• No dosage
