Florian Faudes owes the creation of this spirit to Giancarlo, a fellow fruit farmer in Sicily. Apart from exceptional tangerines, Giancarlo also grows organic blood oranges of the variety Tarocco di Catania: The perfect fruit for this delicately fragrant composition. Unlike the Moro di Catania variety, the Tarocco is slightly more discreet. It helps to bring the full aroma of the blood orange into the glass and also plays with floral notes and a touch of vanilla.
