Spring in bottles. A tart liqueur, obtained from a regionally- sourced old variety of rhubarb called “Holsteiner Blut” (Holstein’s blood) – unfiltered. It captivates with its rose-red colour, a pleasantly refreshing tingling sensation on the tongue and the typical scent of rhubarb, ideal for an exquisite aperitif.
