This one hundred percent wheat spirit is a straight and pure Korn, without wood barrel aging. Among connoisseurs it is also known as "White Dog". The fine difference: our white dog does not run off the farm as an impetuous puppy, but is allowed to mature in stainless steel casks for at least six months. To an honest, adult grain. Which takes its space. Leaves an impression. And awakens finely yeasty, banana-fruity memories. Of white bread, "Gugelhupf" or freshly baked "Hefezopf".
