To Florian Faude, our plum is a classic that cannot be given enough attention! Fresh and fruity, with a full body, notes of cinnamon, and smooth stone flavours. For our “Zwetschge”, we are happy to put in a little more time, as we only use late-maturing plum varieties for this plum brandy. We source them from the same spot where the great Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) grapes grow: in Sasbach am Rhein.
