Every year, the distilling season at Faude feine Brände begins with cherries. And what a start it is! For this particular distillation we only use the varieties “Dollenseppler” or “Schwarze Königin”. They ripen on tall trees in the Markgräflerland region. In Florian Faude’s mind, they are without alternative! Only cherry varieties with such powerful aromas yield a taste that is the unmistakable character of this modern cherry brandy: very delicate stone flavours and lots of dark chocolate.
