Vintage 2021 // Tasting notes // In this 21-vintage cuvée our hand-picked orchard fruit blend shows its most beautiful straw-yellow side. Fresh apple on the nose, green-yellow flesh, spicy herbal tea, light notes of white bread and subtle hints of blossom honey. On the palate, it has a tangy, refreshing acidity, mild perlage and a tannin-accentuated finish that takes its time and still has a hint of white tea. But wait, there's more to come: A mouthfeel reminiscent of quince jelly, with a lovely balance. A refill? Yes, please!
